I didn’t start my journey thinking I would just “do marketing.”
I was always more interested in what makes a customer stop, look, feel and finally buy.
That curiosity turned into a career spanning 15+ years across India’s leading fashion and retail brands, where I’ve worked at the intersection of marketing, visual merchandising, and retail strategy. Over time, I’ve learned that great retail isn’t just about how a store looks it’s about how it performs.
Today, as a leader in Marketing & Visual Merchandising, I focus on one core idea:
every square foot should tell a story and deliver a result.
From transforming store environments to building scalable VM frameworks across large retail networks, my work is rooted in creating consistency without losing creativity. Whether it’s optimizing store layouts, crafting window stories, or driving seasonal campaigns, I approach every project with a balance of design thinking and business impact.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands like Blackberrys, Raymond, Shoppers Stop, and Reliance Retail experiences that have shaped my understanding of both premium and mass retail dynamics. These journeys have taught me how to adapt, scale, and lead in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
But beyond brands and roles, what truly drives me is building systems that outlast individuals processes, teams, and ideas that continue to deliver value long after execution.
Academically, my journey includes General Management from ISB Hyderabad, along with postgraduate studies from MICA, NMIMS, and Pearl Academy giving me a foundation that blends strategy, creativity, and consumer insight.
I’m continuously working towards creating future-ready retail formats where physical stores are not just points of sale, but powerful brand experiences that drive loyalty and growth.
If you’re looking to build retail that stands out and performs we’ll get along just fine.
